Due Diligence

Applicants to the Ukraine Response Call for Partners must be able to provide the following documents:

1)  A copy (in English) of audited accounts/financials

2)  A copy of bank statement/voided cheque clearly showing the bank account details

3)  Proof of your charitable or non-profit status (certified)

4)  Demonstrate governance structure of organisation, ie board of trustees/directors, matrix of delegation within organisation

5)  Provide details on the funding stream and also expenditure of organisation, including a budget for how it is anticipated the grant will be spent

6)  Provide a copy of organisations safeguarding policy/and or provide details on what your organisation does to protect staff/volunteers/beneficiaries involved with the organisation
